Cancellation and Package Policy
Package Expiration Policy
All basic massage packages (3-session packages) have a 12-month service value. This is intended to encourage clients to use their sessions within a reasonable timeframe.
However, this policy will not apply in extraordinary circumstances such as a pandemic (e.g., COVID-19) or any unforeseen situation that prevents the client from attending their scheduled appointments.
Package Refund Policy
Clients are eligible for a full refund on their package within 24 hours of purchase, provided no massage sessions from the package have been redeemed.
No-Call, No-Show Policy
A $25 fee will be charged for missed appointments without prior notice. For clients with prepaid massage packages, a missed appointment will result in the forfeiture of one session from their package.
